• The likelihood of a successful court-supervised restructuring is very low.,
• Please prepare for a total loss of any PEPEPOW held on Xeggex.,
• We’ll keep an eye out in case withdrawal functionality ever reopens (though chances are slim).,

Ongoing Community Discussion,

• Freezing/Intercepting Xeggex Wallet Some have proposed on-chain freezes or transfer-interception of Xeggex addresses—but this would violate our decentralization principles. Further DAO discussion is required.,
• Burning Suspicious Funds If it’s confirmed that the funds were stolen by hackers (or other evidence emerges), we may consider a one-time “burn” of those addresses.,
• Voting on Next Steps As new facts come in, a DAO vote may be arranged to decide our response.,
